20th Circuit JNC sets interview schedule

The 20th Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission has determined the following interview schedule for the listed applicants who will be considered for nomination to Gov. Ron DeSantis to fill a circuit vacancy resulting from the resignation of Judge Lauren Brodie. The commission will conduct interviews on October 13 beginning at 9 a.m. at Lee County Justice Center Annex Grand Jury Suite in Fort Myers. JNC meets in Executive Session 8:30 a.m. Barger, Pamela 9:00 a.m. Borel, Cassius 9:15 a.m. Brook, Harley 9:30 a.m. Break 9:45 a.m. Bruehl, Jacqueline 10:00 a.m. Cunningham, Deborah 10:15 a.m. Schmucker, Monica 10:30 a.m. Break 10:45 a.m. Tomasko, Ronald T. 11:00 a.m. JNC Meets in Executive Session 11:15 a.m. All proceedings of the commission are open to the public with the exception for executive sessions, breaks, and lunch.
